Possible penalties are:

  1. That the architect is admonished (reprimanded).
  2. That the practicing certificate of the architect is suspended for a specified period not exceeding two years.
  3. That the architect pays a fine that may be determined by the committee.
  4. That the architect pay compensation that may be determined by the committee to any person who may have suffered a loss as a result of the misconduct;
  5. That the name of the architect is struck off the register.
