Removal From The Register

PUBLIC NOTICE NO.ARB/002-2019

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Architects Registration Board (hereinafter called “the Board”) by a section 13(2) of the Architects Registration Act Cap 269, the Board hereby directs that the names of the following Architects listed below to be removed from the Architect Registration Board register, and further prohibits the said Architects from practicing as an Architect with effect from 25th September 2019 having failed to notify the registrar of his current address within a period of six months upon inquiry and FAILURE to pay Annual Subscription fees as enshrined under section 27 of the Act.
